Hello! I’m Carol
registered dietitian, pilates instructor & dancer
Jalapeno Health was born from my personal journey with weight struggles, growing up in a household where love came through food. Our practice, including Marysol Zaragoza, MS, RD and Sharon Charles, RD provides personalized, telehealth medical nutrition therapy in Temecula, CA.
We help you enjoy your favorite foods while building sustainable habits, managing food triggers, and practicing mindful eating. Our goal is to guide you toward lasting wellness and a healthier relationship with food, every step of the way.
