These Are a Few of Our Favorite Things…

  1. We’re passionate about helping our clients feel their best through a functional, science-based approach to nutrition. We love guiding clients toward sustainable, real-world wellness.
  2. Fresh, wholesome food is at the heart of what we do, and we enjoy helping clients find ways to make their favorite meals nourishing without feeling restrictive.
  3. We love seeing clients discover what truly works for their unique bodies, lifestyles, and goals, whether that’s improving energy, managing weight, or simply feeling better day-to-day.
  4. We’re inspired by the little victories: trying a new recipe, mastering mindful eating, or finding balance in a busy schedule. These moments remind us why we do what we do.

Frequently Asked Questions

We use a functional, non-diet approach that focuses on your overall health not your weight. Our style is direct but supportive, helping you understand how food, metabolism, stress, sleep, and hunger cues work together. We combine intuitive eating principles with functional nutrition tools to help you nourish your body realistically and rebuild trust in your internal signals. All foods are viewed as neutral, and we encourage mindful, individualized choices. Our goal is to help you heal your relationship with food and feel confident in what your body needs.

Our dietitians specialize in functional nutrition across a wide range of areas, including eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive and mindful eating, metabolic health (diabetes, insulin resistance, and blood sugar balance), heart health, cancer support, allergies, bariatric nutrition, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and child, adolescent, and family nutrition. We are prioritize root-cause health and a holistic approach.

Before booking your first session, we encourage you to reach out and discuss your specific needs. You’re welcome to speak with one of our dietitians to ask any questions and determine whether we’re the right fit for your goals.

We are currently in-network with Alpha Care, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC and Aetna in the state of California. Coverage and benefits may vary based on your diagnosis and specific plan. If you do not have one of these insurance plans, we can provide you with a superbill with appropriate medical coding in hopes that your insurance may reimburse you for nutrition services.

Instead of relying on rigid meal plans, our dietitians focus on giving you the tools, structure, and nutrition education you need to confidently create meals that work for your lifestyle. Together, we develop personalized frameworks, recipe ideas, and practical strategies that empower you to make sustainable choices. During follow-up sessions, we’ll revisit these frameworks and help you adjust these routines if need be so they remain realistic and supportive of your goals.

If you prefer a more structured option, we’re happy to customize a 3-day meal plan with a matching grocery list for an additional fee. Please note that this optional service is not covered by insurance.

The number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. After your initial consultation, you won’t be pressured to book additional sessions unless you feel they would be helpful. Typically, clients meet weekly for the first 6–8 weeks to establish habits and address root causes, then re-evaluate. Follow-up sessions are available in 30-minute increments as needed.
